Policies

01. Cancelation Policy

I require 24-hour notice before canceling appointments for services. Upon failing to cancel 24 hours in advance the fee schedule is as follows: 

First cancellation-Grace period. 

You will be reminded of your agreement which you signed at the time of your first appointment. I totally understand things come up and you were unable to cancel your appointment.

Second cancellation-50% fee for services booked. I completely understand that life gets in the way however, I cannot offer the best customer service experience to other clients when the consumer no shows or chooses to cancel less than 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment at any time by emailing me at hairbyalyssagrace10@gmail.com or accessing your account via the Fresha app.

 

02. No Show Fee

100% fee for services booked. 

I also reserve the right to refuses services for future appointments. I cannot comply with consumers who chose not to abide by our policies. In order to protect other clients and the company of LunaJadeSalonLLC, these are the steps that will be taken to offer the best service our company strives to offer. 03. Redo Policy

I offer a 7 day period to make any tweaks or adjustments to your cut, color, etc. Beyond 7 days there will be a service charge for the appointment.
